In this basic course of Satyamargi Mudra Dhyan:-
- We learn 20 positions of meditation.
- He divided these 20 positions in 4 parts. Each part has 5 same sitting positions, but your hand positions will change according to energy flow.
- You have to spend 3 minutes on each MUDRA.
- This course can be done in person or online.
- There are many mudras in this course, and they have their own importance.
- This process is shortcut to achieving a healthy “mind, body and, soul” and awakening of kundalini energy.
